Chelsey Hagin started her career in banking in 2002. Throughout Chelsey’s banking career, she has worked as a teller, in customer service, treasury management, deposit operations, and accounting. Chelsey Hagin  joined NBT in 2023 and currently serves as VP Controller. She graduated from Tarrant County College in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration Accounting.
