George Chaggaris most recently served NBT as its Fort Worth Market Chairman and Chief Credit Officer.  His 40 plus years in banking include 24 years as President, CEO and Chairman of two other Fort Worth chartered banks. Prior to entering the private sector, George began his career in banking with an appointment to FDIC’s Division of Bank Supervision.  George attended UTA and completed a BBA degree in Economics and is also a graduate of SMU’s Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.
